Bob: If you were to recommend this to another client, what would you say would be the advantages that another client would get out of doing key control in an implementation?
Todd: I think an advantage is just the speed and ease of administration that comes with having a system that can do this in an automated way. It’s easy for the requester to request the key. Once the system is set up correctly, the approval flow happens automatically. It’s very easy to issue the keys, and if there’s a problem, to go find them, collect them, and reissue them, or various other things you need to do.
